I have been thinking a lot about the idea of “sublimation” - changing directly from one state into another, bypassing the state in between (like going directly from a solid to a gas). I feel like a lot of things are changing fast, and we are quickly finding ourselves in a n environment where we don’t fully know what laws apply. It’s a feeling of excitement, strangeness, and vulnerability.
