Sunset in Montoro, Spain

The balcony where I stayed in Montoro, Spain, overlooked the entire town and had an amazing view of the sunset each night. It's interesting that Spain is in the same time zone as Italy, despite being much farther west. This meant that in May, when I was there, the sunset was around 9:45-10 PM. I would prepare everything, set it up, then make dinner so I could eat as soon as I finished.
